Registration

Registration for the various categories will only be accepted when using one of the following channels. So separate emails to the organization are not valid as proof of registration!

  • Registration international categories: KNWU Evenementen
  • Registration no-licence categories and youth: Online Form (see on the left or below)
  • Registration international riders: Online Form (see on the left or below)

Pre-registration is not required, but it is recommended when you want to be sure of your position on the starting grid.

No-licence and youth (registration process)

The Dutch Cycling Union (KNWU) has changed the condition to participate in a no-licence and youth race. A no-licence and youth mtb racer could only participate when they have a basic membership card

Participants who do not have a basic membership card, they should apply a basic membership card. The costs are € 5,-. You will be automatically aspiring member of the organizing cycling club Team Brabant 2000. Within 14 days you will receive the card. With this card you can participate all no-licence or youth races this season and is assured by the Dutch Cycling Union

Costs

The costs for the licence and no-licence categories differs. The registration fee should be paid at the registration desk. The registration desk is located in the tent on the field. If you return your numberplate after the race, you get € 10,- deposit.

Official categories

  • Participation fee: € 10,-
  • Registration on race day: + € 5,-

No-licence categories

  • Participant with basic membership card and registration in advance: € 7,50 to participate the race + € 10,- deposit
  • Participant without basic membership card and registration in advance: € 7,50 to participate the race + € 5,- basic membership + € 10,- deposit

Youth categories

  • Participant with basic membership: € 5,- to participate the race + € 10,- deposit
  • Participant without basic membership: € 5,- to participate the race + € 5,- basic membershipp + € 10,- deposit

Registration forms

Note: Girls who participate in one of the youth classes may register for a lower category. Example: A girl of 13 may start in the youth category 11/12.
